DMCA Policy for The Outreach King

The Outreach King respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), The Outreach King has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement on our website. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting DMCA takedown notices, counter-notices, and our approach to repeat infringers. For more information about the DMCA, see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on The Outreach King without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information to be valid:

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL).
  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which The Outreach King may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent

Repeat Infringer Policy

The Outreach King reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
