Due to the nature of digital marketing services, third-party publisher costs, and the manual labor involved, our refund policy is designed to be fair and fully transparent. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility & Timeframes
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
If you request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase and our team has not yet commenced work — including research, content drafting, or outreach — you are eligible for a full refund.
If The Outreach King is unable to secure placements or deliver the agreed-upon services after a reasonable effort, you will receive a full refund or store credit for the undelivered portion.
If a publisher rejects your content or link request after payment has been made, we will either replace the placement with one of equal value or issue a refund/credit for that specific item.
If you are charged incorrectly due to a system or payment processor error, you are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous amount.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
To ensure full clarity, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Once work has commenced on your campaign — including prospecting, content creation, outreach, negotiation, or publisher communication — no refunds will be issued.
Once you have approved the content draft, topic, or anchor text, the order is considered "Locked" and moves to the publishing phase. No refunds are available after client approval.
Once a link or guest post is published and live on a third-party website, the service is considered fully delivered and is non-refundable.
Fees paid to publishers, writers, or other third-party vendors are non-refundable once incurred.
Refunds are not provided due to a change of mind, budget constraints, or shifts in business strategy after work has begun.
If a campaign cannot proceed due to a lack of response, feedback, or required information from the client for more than 30 days, the service may be deemed complete and no refund will be issued.
Once an order status moves to "Locked" following your content or anchor text approval, it enters the publishing pipeline and cannot be reversed or refunded.
Transaction & Processing Fees
In cases where a refund is approved, The Outreach King reserves the right to deduct non-recoverable payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or credit card transaction fees) from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction. The Outreach King is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
Processing fees from Stripe, PayPal, and other payment gateways are charged at the time of the original transaction and are not recoverable by us, so these are deducted from any approved refund amount.
Link Replacement Guarantee
We understand that third-party websites may occasionally remove content or links. That's why instead of a refund, we offer a robust Replacement Guarantee.
We've Got Your Links Covered
If a link we secured drops or is removed within 12 months of publication, we will replace it with a link of equal or greater value at no additional cost to you.
Reporting Window: You must report dropped links within 7 days of noticing the removal to qualify for a replacement.
This guarantee does not apply if the link was removed due to:
- Changes made to the client's website or target URL after publication
- Violations of the publisher's terms of service by the client
- Penalties or manual actions against the client's website
- The client requesting changes to anchor text or content post-publication
Dispute Reporting & Resolution
Any disputes regarding the quality or delivery of services must be reported to our support team within 7 days of service delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
We strongly encourage open communication. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it through revisions, replacements, or other remedies before a refund is considered. Our goal is always your satisfaction.

Store Credit Option
At our discretion, or upon client request, The Outreach King may offer Store Credit as an alternative to a cash refund.
Store credit can be applied toward any future services and does not expire. It is often the fastest resolution and preserves the full value of your original purchase.
Results Disclaimer
No Ranking Guarantees: SEO results depend on many variables, including search engine algorithms, competition levels, and website history. The Outreach King does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue growth.
Refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance metrics, provided the agreed-upon services were delivered as specified. Our commitment is to deliver quality placements — the impact of those placements on rankings is influenced by factors outside our control.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
- If a chargeback is filed, your account will be suspended immediately and all active campaigns will be halted.
- We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks with documented evidence of service delivery.
- Clients who file chargebacks may be liable for additional fees and will be permanently banned from future services.

How to Request a Refund
