• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services

As a client of The Outreach King, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for campaign execution
• Ensure your website and content comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in misleading, illegal, or unethical practices in connection with our services
• Respond promptly when communication, approvals, or required information is needed

We do not control search engine algorithms or policies (e.g., Google, Bing). Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• We do not own or control the third-party websites where links are placed
• Links may be edited, removed, or changed by publishers without notice
• We are not responsible for lost links and do not guarantee replacements beyond our stated policy

• We reserve the right to adjust anchor text or placement for better campaign execution
• Final placement decisions may depend on individual publisher guidelines and editorial standards

While we strive for the highest quality results on every campaign, the following guarantees are explicitly not provided:

• SEO performance outcomes or keyword ranking improvements
• Domain authority score improvements
• Long-term link permanence beyond our 12-month replacement window

By using our services, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following:

• SEO and link building involve inherent risks that are outside our control
• Search engine penalties or algorithm fluctuations may occur regardless of the quality of links placed
• You assume full responsibility for all outcomes related to your website's performance

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality throughout and after the service engagement.

• We will keep your project details confidential
• We will not share sensitive business information without your explicit consent

• You agree not to disclose our pricing agreements to third parties
• You agree not to share our proprietary strategies or methodologies
• You agree not to disclose internal communications shared in confidence

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any content or niche we deem unsuitable. We will not work with content that is:

• We may terminate services at any time if these Terms are violated
• Orders involving prohibited content will be canceled immediately upon discovery
• Refunds may be issued only if work has not yet started at the time of cancellation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply:

• Content created for you becomes your property upon receipt of full payment
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing

The Outreach King reserves the right to make the following changes at any time:

• Update or modify these Terms without prior notice
• Change, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating region, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
